 Eligibility Criteria

1. Relationship Certificate

  • Sons / brothers of:
    • Serving soldiers
    • Retired/Discharged personnel
    • War widows / widows of servicemen

2. Sportsmen Entry

  • Represented state/nation in recognized sports.
  • Certificate validity usually within the last 2 years.

3. Musician Entry

  • Ability to play army-approved instruments.
  • Practical test at the rally.

 Documents Required

Bring originals and 2 photocopies of each:

  • Relationship Certificate (duly signed and verified)
  • Educational Certificates
  • Birth Certificate
  • Domicile Certificate
  • Sports Certificate (if applying under sports quota)
  • Aadhar Card & PAN Card
  • Character Certificate
  • Unmarried Certificate (if applicable)
  • Passport-size photographs

Enrolment Process

  1. Reach Centre on the scheduled date.
  2. Document Verification
  3. Physical Fitness Test (PFT) – Run, Pull-ups, Ditch Jump, Balance
  4. Medical Test
  5. Written Test (CEE) – For medically fit candidates.
  6. Final Merit List – Based on combined performance.

Important Notes

  • Candidates must report on time at their respective regimental centre.
  • No travel allowance (TA) for UHQ rallies.
  • Follow all COVID / health protocols as per centre guidance.
