Educational Qualification
Engineer (RE-Civil)
- BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. Engineering in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 65% marks for General category candidates.
- 55% marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Engineer (RE-Electrical)
- Engineering degree in Electrical or related disciplines such as Electrical & Electronics, Instrumentation & Control, Power Systems, Power Electronics or Power Engineering.
- Minimum 65% marks, with 55% relaxation for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
Engineer (RE-Mechanical)
- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial or related disciplines.
- Minimum 65% marks.
- SC/ST/PwBD candidates require 55% marks.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Engineer (RE-Safety)
- Engineering degree in relevant disciplines along with a recognized Diploma in Industrial Safety, or an Engineering degree in Industrial Safety/Fire & Safety.
- Required marks: 65%, or 55% for SC/ST/PwBD.

Executive (RE-HR)
- Bachelor’s degree with MBA/PGDM/PG qualification in HR, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations or related fields.

Executive (RE-Finance)
- Candidates must possess CA or CMA qualification.
