Job Role and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will support recruitment operations and work closely with clients, business stakeholders, IBM operations management and recruitment teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the sourcing lifecycle and ensuring adherence to applicable SLAs.
- Developing and executing sourcing strategies to build qualified talent pools.
- Assessing candidates and using innovative sourcing channels for lead generation.
- Working with business stakeholders to support recruitment and delivery goals.
- Using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate screening and status updates.
- Maintaining accurate candidate information and selection criteria.
- Managing communication with stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Eligibility
Candidates should generally have:
- Graduation or postgraduate qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in direct sourcing and recruitment.
- Experience in ITES, BPO, FA or RPO environments will be preferred.
- Knowledge of recruitment and Talent Acquisition processes.
- Familiarity with ATS and HRIS will be an advantage.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
