🔑 Essential Eligibility Check

Detailed Multi-Stage Selection Process
The recruitment employs a rigorous multi-stage process to select the best candidates:
1. Tier 1: Preliminary Exam (Qualifying)
This objective, OMR-based test screens candidates for the next stage. It covers General Reasoning, Numeric Ability, Computer Literacy, General Knowledge, and Language Competency. There is negative marking of 1/3rd (or 1 mark) for each wrong answer. Candidates are shortlisted in a 1:10 ratio for the next stage.
2. Tier 2: Main Exam (Merit Stage)

- Marking: 70 questions for 100 marks (60 Objective + 10 Descriptive).

3. Tier 3: Interview / Skill Test (Final Stage)
- For Teaching & Officer Posts (PGT, TGT, PRT, Principal): A 100-mark Interview is conducted. The Final Merit List uses an 85% (Tier-2) to 15% (Interview) weightage ratio.
- For Skill-Based Posts (JSA, Steno): A mandatory but Qualifying Skill Test (like typing) is held. Final selection is based only on Tier-2 marks.
- For Other Posts (ASO, MTS, SSA): There is No Interview. Final selection is based 100% on Tier-2 marks.
